Sarah Polonsky Page Six Obit

To differentiate myself from the other “Sarah Polonsky got fired commentary”, I will abstain from mentioning Jared Paul Stern. ( I had to mention it once at the start, just so that you realize by noble achievement.)

Good things come and go. Rather quickly. Of course this is not first hand knowledge. However, there are those who have experienced good thins and they have relayed to me that this was short and sweet.

And this leads us to the former Page Six siren Sarah Polonsky. Not too long ago, she was working for David Peckerhead at the National Enquirer. At the AMI rag, she was reporting the news about teachers, sex & videotape. And about Jamie-Lynn Sigler getting NOT and heavy with Jimmy Fallon.

This changed. Almost like a plot of a trashy novel, Ms. Polonsky rapidly climbed the ranks in the world of social gossip, slander, goose and gander.

In mid July, Gawker began to gawk about Sarah Polonsky’s over exposure on the page(s) of Page Six. Even I took notice while reading these stories (Jacko the Comic & Brother Baldwin) In August, began to get noticed about town as she showed up in a revealing outfit and took more than one shot of Level vodka throughout the night.

Then Radar out-gossiped the gossip reporter. Kinds of remind me of the whole episode with ACHHHHH…..I promised not to utter his name. Sure enough, Sarah Polonsky was fired. So reported gawker in a state of glee. The story was picked by others, including the media bistro.

Anyways, things will work out for the Post and for Sarah Polonsky. Maybe a made for TV movie about the incident. Or a book deal. Or maybe a book deal WITH a TV movie. Great things ahead. Really.

For the people that don’t know her, she is amazing. She is one of the most intelligent women I know and her writing and acting skills do nothing but blow you away. Unfortunately, most people love to read the worst and ignore the good or even great, just to make themselves feel better. Part of her job was writing just that, maybe this was a blessing in disguise. She can shine through all of this and do what she is best at. She truly does have great things ahead.
